High Performing Teams Workshop
This workshop is designed for a team or department of up to 15 people within your organization. Each participant will be provided with their emotional intelligence summary report, a summary of their core motivations plus those of their peers and team, an overview of the best practices of high performing teams, a personalized high performing team success/goals document, and tips on effective communication and building trust. The team leader will receive their Team Directory Report and a coaching session with a ZERORISK Consultant (separate from the workshop) to discuss leading their team.

Behavioral Interviewing Workshop
This workshop is designed for all hiring managers and recruiters in your organization. Each participant will receive a customized emotional intelligence report and behavioral interview guide, an overview and practice session of behavioral interviewing best practices, how to implement the S.T.A.R. behavioral interview model, an exercise on identifying job success criteria, how to complete an applicant appraisal form, as well as onboarding techniques based on the candidate’s core motivations.

Emotional Intelligence in Leading Workshop
This workshop is designed for managers with direct reports. Each participant will receive a customized emotional intelligence summary report, customized leadership development tips and suggestions, a personalized leadership success/goals document, as well as how to apply the nine emotional intelligence competencies of great leaders.

ZERORISK Hiring System Certification Training
This workshop is recommended for executive leadership teams, people managers, hiring managers, and recruiters. This deep dive provides the full spectrum on how to use the ZERORISK Assessment for hiring, interviewing, communicating, developing, and having tough conversations with employees. By the end of the training, each attendee will be certified in the ZERORISK Hiring System. This workshop qualifies for 11 recertification hours towards SHRM.
