How is the ZERORISK Assessment administered?The assessment is administered electronically. The candidate is provided a link to take the assessment via email. It can also be administered using paper and pencil if needed.

Can the assessment be taken on a mobile device?Yes, the assessment can be taken on mobile devices (including phones and tablets) as well as desktop/laptop computers.

How long does it take to complete the assessment?The assessment usually takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

When can I expect to receive the assessment results?The assessment results are automatically e-mailed to the hiring manager within seconds of the candidate completing the assessment.

What languages is the assessment available in?The assessment is currently available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Italian, French, and Swedish. If you need the assessment in a language that is not listed, please contact us to discuss custom options.

When should ZERORISK Assessment be retaken?In almost every case, the assessment should not be retaken. The only time the assessment should be retaken is if the results come back as unreliable. Please refer to this article for more information.

When should the assessment be administered?The assessment should be administered early in the interview process. You will want to have at least one interview with the candidate after they have completed the assessment since interview questions are generated with the assessment results, the specific point in the hiring process will vary by organization. The key is to remain consistent in how you administer to your candidates.

How can the ZERORISK Assessment help me conduct candidate interviews?Part of the assessment results include a behavioral interview guide with interview questions that are customized for each candidate and designed to expose strengths and weaknesses through behavioral-based questions.
